I LOVE the first one! Also...the last one is really cute too!
Yes, they are PS borders. I found them online for free. I got the link from someone on Pictage.com's forum for PS Action pre-sets & plug-ins. There are a lot of cheesy ones for strange effects but the borders were really cool & I got some decent actions too for quickly turning a pic sepia & things like that.
Thanks! I took these pics at Loose Park a few weeks ago. I think he's pretty darn cute too. ;o)
