First Test

On my way home yesterday from work, the hubby picked me up so I was able to take a few shots of the baby in the backseat with my new camera. Let me tell you, having auto-everything is miraculous with a wiggly little kid! I don't think I've ever gotten a picture so sharp as this one below with my other camera (though the size is so small you may not be able to really tell here), moving subject or not! I'm very impressed already! And I haven't read the manual yet, but everything's pretty self-explanatory as far as settings & controls & menus. 10 days until va-ca-tion!!! I'm hoping for some pretty fall colors & nice mountains & maybe a stream or two to really test out the new equipment.
